Terri Eshleman leads JPW Industries’ Customer Experience organization, focusing on Customer Service and Technical Support for our Family of Brands. She also oversees the Direct Sales teams for the Baileigh, Edwards and Axiom product brands.

In her previous role at McKesson, Terri was the Senior Account Manager for the CDC – Vaccines for Children and COVID vaccine distribution. She was responsible for the execution of a nationwide vaccine distribution program, managed vendor relations, assisted in daily operational decisions, and worked to ensure total customer satisfaction. Prior to that Terri served as the Manager of Customer Care–Physicians Services and was responsible for call center operations for the Oncology and Multispecialty businesses.

Before joining McKesson,Terri spent 15 years at JPW Industries with the first 11 years leading the Customer Relations and Technical Support teams. She then managed the Buying Group Channel and successfully grew that business by building strong relationships with independent distribution.

Terri attended Middle Tennessee State University and was awarded a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Strategic Leadership.
