1941

History Wilton revolutionized vise manufacturing with patented designs.

1958

History JET initially specialized in manual chain hoists and trolleys.

2008

NEW ERA JET, Powermatic, and Wilton are consolidated, and JPW Industries Inc. is formed.

2016

EXPANSION acquires Edwards Manufacturing, adding ironworkers to the portfolio

2019

EXPANSION acquires Baileigh Industrial, adding to the diverse offerings

2021

EXPANSION acquires Axiom Precision, expanding our presence in CNC machine market
