Steve White
Steve White leads JPW Industries’ Sales organization and has built a strong record of more than 23 years of high quality, transformative sales excellence. He began his career in the Lenox Industrial Tools business of Newell Rubbermaid and spent 14 years in a progression of sales and sales management roles.
Steve then joined Southwire Company as the Director of Sales for the Tools Business segment. Over a nine-year period he held several Vice President-level positions, overseeing Wholesale and Retail Channels, National Accounts, and the End-User Experience teams. Steve is recognized as an exceptional leader who helped build Southwire’s Tools business from zero to over $700 million in revenue, successfully integrating more than ten acquisitions during this time.
He possesses a deep knowledge of the machinery and tools industries and enjoys significant relationships throughout all channels. Steve is a growth-oriented leader who cares deeply about people and culture, building business processes, and providing thought leadership to enable the business to grow at above market rates.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Austin Peay State University and earned an MBA degree at Auburn University.
