Joe has extensive experience implementing robust business continuity plans, managing ERP systems, standardizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). He has an extensive understanding of cybersecurity and has implemented numerous measures to enhance security and mitigate cyber threats. Joe leads all aspects of JPW Industries’ technology planning, digital transformation, data engineering, programs, services, security, and risk management.

Prior to joining JPW Industries, Joe was the Vice President of Information Technology at The Carlstar Group (a division of Titan International Inc.), where he successfully aligned IT initiatives with broader business goals, fostering a high-performing and inclusive IT department. He played a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the company, leveraging Industry 4.0 and IoT technologies to optimize operations and enhance efficiency. His leadership style focuses on inspiring and empowering his team.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University.
