Jim Caudill is a seasoned executive leader with a distinguished track record of leading global businesses across industrial and consumer markets. As President and CEO of JPW Industries, he oversees a portfolio of industrial and durable product lines serving the metalworking, woodworking, and industrial and commercial sectors.

Leveraging over 30 years of diverse industry experience, Jim has successfully led iconic brands including Black & Decker^®, DeWalt^®, Kwikset^®, Denon^®, Marantz^® audio, and Werner^® ladders. His career began at Black & Decker, where he spent 20 years in various leadership roles, including President of the Hardware & Home Improvement Group and Vice President & General Manager of the Industrial Accessory Division.

During the last 15 years, Jim has served as President and CEO in three private equity-backed businesses. In these roles, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to build strong leadership teams and winning cultures, implement innovative commercial strategies and new product development, and drive operational improvements to maximize value creation.
