If you purchase the Axiom Precision, Baileigh Industrial, Edwards, JET Tools, Powermatic, and/or Wilton Tools brands of products from a JPW Industries Inc. (“JPW”) Authorized Wholesaler for purposes of resale to end users and wish to sell our products on your own proprietary website, you must apply and receive consent from JPW.
