Production Supervisor

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Manage and Maintain Workflow. Manage the workflow of employees, delegating when necessary. Create and maintain production schedules. Manage materials needed for job completion. Assess work performance of employees. Collaborate with Purchasing to eliminate gaps in production and material alignment. Collaborate with Engineering to identify improvements in processes. Ensure business goals and deadlines are met. Establish and maintain a strong relationship with employees. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Drive. Leadership Skills. Problem Solving Mindset. High School Diploma or Equivalency Some college, technical degree or vocational training preferred. Minimum of two years of Supervisory Experience in a manufacturing setting. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in operating machinery and warehouse equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and must be willing to learn new computer software. Strong organization, time management, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to troubleshoot problems quickly and thoroughly, and be able to work with others towards an agreed resolution. Flexible approach to working hours. WHAT YOU WILL GAIN: Sense of Belonging.
