Paid Media Specialist

  • Optimize and execute paid search, display, and paid social campaigns
  • Manage strategic initiatives such as keyword expansions, restructures, testing, remarketing, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Support development of paid media strategies across brands
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager implementation and management
  • Pace campaigns to budget 
  • Design email marketing campaigns 
  • Manage, track, and present program performance by channel/product line
  • Relationship management of paid media vendors 
  • Determine metrics and develop multi-variant testing programs
  • Analyze and report performance, insights and improvement recommendations for churn, growth, and engagement of databases to improve conversion efficacy and conversion rates
  • Create dynamic user experiences through performance analysis and strong cross functional communication
  • Keep current with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies
  • Enhance our customer data, product data, images across brands
  • Represent high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team
  • Promote cooperation within the team and between teams
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as may be assigned



-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or relevant field, required

-1-3 years' experience managing digital marketing campaigns in an agency or for a brand


  • A dedicated learner with a passion for knowledge and a can-do attitude
  • Passionate about innovating in paid media; doesn’t accept theories at face value and enjoy testing to prove effectiveness of tactics
  • A self-starter that can take direction and work with plenty of autonomy
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Marketo, Klaviyo, preferred
  • Experience in analytical and reporting tools, particularly Google Analytics or similar 
  • Experience in ecommerce digital marketing, a plus
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency: MS Suite (Int to Advanced), Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, a plus
  • Highly collaborative style and able to work easily in an environment of multiple stakeholders 
  • Exceptional time management skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting 
  • Superior communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and levels of management
  • Highly organized to multi-task effectively, and deliver accurately and timely on objectives 
  • Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to work with others, especially across teams and functions
  • Exhibit good work habits and willingness to work extended hours to complete a job when required to meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to a challenging and developing environment, and willingness to take on new responsibilities as the business evolves

Excellent total compensation package, salary contingent upon experience. M/F/V/D
