As National Account Manager E-Commerce, you will be responsible for executing the e-commerce strategy and driving business with existing large internet accounts - Amazon, Home Depot and CPO.

You will be challenged to innovate and grow the distinguished JPW brands, and contribute as a key member to the e-commerce and marketing team expanding the Company’s total e-commerce footprint.

The successful candidate will exhibit a strong business acumen, and show evidence of sales success, creativity, and the use of data and analytics to manage, forecast, and drive sales to meet and exceed MBO targets.

With an understanding of key drivers, the right person will exhibit an inherent innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and tactical strategy in the planning and execution of digital marketing programs to drive awareness and differentiate the Company.

Clearly articulating the e-commerce strategy and how to improve it, this highly motivated individual will bring fresh ideas and initiatives for growth relevant to the evolving e-commerce landscape.

Essential Functions

  • Develop/refine and execute e-commerce strategy for growth with large key accounts
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales and product placement within assigned account base
  • Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure continued sales and profit growth
  • Develop full customer integration of key programs and initiatives
  • Create and present business reviews, new product presentations and line reviews
  • Develop and manage yearly activities calendar including but not limited to website activity, promotional activity, training, pricing, and new product additions
  • Collaborate with all internal functions and properly communicate customer needs and expectations
  • Work with marketing team on improving/enhancing online marketing efforts
  • Analyze product assortment and make program and product recommendations
  • Analyze customer claims for fines, shortages, subsidy payments, and other charges
  • Maintain files to document the financial arrangements with customers
  • Participant in development and management of the annual sales and marketing budget as it pertains to the assigned customer base
  • Develop and maintain Supplier Agreement letters for key accounts
  • Seek and actively pursue innovative products and procedures that improve profitability and strengthen the company’s reputation in the market
  • Promote the core principals of JPW Industries

What will you need?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce account management role
  • Experience with e-commerce sales channels such as Amazon is preferred
  • Limited travel will be required (15%)
  • Exceptional relationship management and account management skills required; strong negotiating skills and escalation management are critical
  • High degree of competency with project management, including issues and risk identification and management, tracking; demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable to changing operational requirements in pursuit of the sales targets
  • Highly analytical self-starter who can prioritize, manage multiple projects, and resolve complex problems without a lot of oversight
  • Ability to dig through sales data, analyze and make recommendations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PPT
  • Strategic planner with tenacity and tactical approach to execute
  • Effective communication and presentation skills interfacing with multiple peer groups and all levels of management on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis
  • Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people.
  • Collaborate with various team members and be a first-class influencer to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results
